Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before receiving a shipping confirmation email. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of our products and professional-use standards:

• Change of mind returns are not accepted.
• Used or opened products are non-refundable.
• All sales are final unless the product is damaged or faulty upon arrival.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives with a damaged or faulty item:

2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the affected product.
3. We will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
